Why Write Reading

This wasn’t the funniest reading I have ever read, but it definitely had information in there that will help me. Even if I didn’t pick up everything from reading that I should have, I know where to find everything I need to know about this next paper. One thing I really like about this book is how it is structured though. It makes it really nice to find what I need in it, and while reading through this last assignment, I am able to know what I will be reading before I get to it. That helps me to comprehend better. Okay, just wanted to say that, now about the reading. I really liked the section titled “Careful Persuasion: Using Ethos, Pathos, and Logos”. In this next paper we are going to have to use these three things one way or another. Using this section as a tool will help me to know if I am organizing it in the right way, or presenting it in an appropriate way. I also think that the book is right when it says to “Find a balance” (177). Often times in my writing I don’t balance the paper well.  In this next paper I really want to find a good balance that will keep the reader interested all the way through this long, painful paper. If I am able to do that for this next paper, than I will be happy and feel good about whatever grade. Well, I would feel better about an “A” to be honest, but you get what I mean.

  1. It really is rough for me to balance my paper too. sometimes i will go off on tangents and say really random stuff that no one likes to read. but ya it was an interesting read and should help in the long run.

  2. I would have to agree with the first statement, some of these thing we read are so dry im surprised they dont burn up in direct sunlight, but as you said they do have good information, and yeah an A would be great!
